ServiceAi
About · Los Angeles · Founded 2024

We build the software a company runs on.

Not a point solution bolted onto twelve others. One internal system, connected end to end, owned by the people who paid for it, and it scales with them.

How it started

Two operators, one conclusion.

ServiceAi began with two people reaching the same conclusion in different industries. Brandon Cambron was running restaurant operations in Aspen, Tulum, Lake Tahoe and San Francisco — switching software, training teams on it, and building better tools when nothing on the market fit. Noah Morton was training in gyms across several countries and finding the same thing in every one: businesses paying for software far more complex, and far more expensive, than the work required.

They met over a build. Noah was replacing the scheduling stack at Recoup Personal Training, a gym paying for tools that could not talk to each other; Brandon took the backend. That system is still running.

ServiceAi was founded in Los Angeles in 2024 on what that build proved: a business does not need twelve subscriptions, it needs one system it owns.

Brandon Cambron

The systems Brandon has scoped and shipped run working businesses day to day — a chiropractic practice off its practice-management vendor, a real-estate team's lead routing, an adaptive coaching app — each owned outright by the client.

He came to it from a decade running operations in Aspen, Tulum, Lake Tahoe and San Francisco: large teams, clients who expect everything handled, and margins that only held if the systems underneath them did. Much of that decade went into software — evaluating it, switching it, training teams on it, and building better tools when nothing fit. Organizations were sold complexity they did not need, paid for it monthly, and still did half the work by hand. Every real gain in COGS came from simplifying the stack, not adding to it.

He founded ServiceAi in Los Angeles in 2024 to do it deliberately. He leads the builds — architecture, org structure, and the executive view across every project — and scopes each engagement personally.

Noah Morton

Noah built and shipped the client scheduling system Recoup Personal Training runs on — front end through to the database — at a gym spending more than $1,200 a month on tools that could not talk to each other. It now handles most of what members and trainers touch, with more in progress.

He started building systems in college and never stopped. Training at some of the best gyms in the world took him across several countries, and in every one he found the same thing broken: organizations running on software far more complex, and far more expensive, than the work actually required. So he kept building, wherever he landed.

The Recoup build is where he and Brandon met. They have been partners since, and ServiceAi came out of it. Noah leads the company's growth.

How we work.

Working software as early as week two

Not a prototype and not a deck. Something your team can open and use, early enough that being wrong is cheap.

We keep what works

If a tool you already pay for is doing its job well, we connect to it rather than rebuilding it to make our number look better.

The people who scoped it build it

No handoff to a team who were not in the room. Your people work alongside ours and finish more capable than they started.

You can always leave

Your data and your domain are yours from the start. The system is licensed, and after the initial term you can buy out to a perpetual licence — so nothing you depend on rests on us being here next year.

An operating company, not an agency.

Agencies deliver campaigns and leave. We build the system the business runs on and stay responsible for it working. Good technology makes a strong team stronger, never smaller — that decides who we work with.

Six departments.

Names to confirm before launch
01

Strategy

Scoping, the audit of what you currently pay for, and deciding what is worth building first.

02

Engineering

The system itself: data model, application, integrations, and the migration off what you were using.

03

Product design

What your staff and your customers actually touch, in your branding, on your domain.

04

Toolkit

The parts we have already built and ship repeatedly: scheduling, intake, Connect cards, lead routing.

05

Operations

Hosting, monitoring, backups, and the support line once a system is live.

06

Growth

How new work comes in, and the writing and demos that explain what we build.

Where we are

Los Angeles.

Most of our clients are within driving distance, and for the first phase of a build that matters. Watching a front desk work for an hour tells us more than a requirements document.

Come and talk.

Bring what you pay for each month. We will tell you what we would replace, connect, and leave alone.
